Training Lifecycle

We offer the following services:

The methodology can cover the whole Training Lifecycle or address selected elements of the lifecycle depending upon the client’s requirements.

  • Conducting a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Based on the findings of the analysis devising a Training Package to cover all relevant aspects of the client’s training needs. Producing a report with recommendations including:
    • What awareness, training, and/or education is needed (i.e., what is required)
    • What is currently being done to meet these needs
    • Where are the gaps between the needs and what is being done (i.e., what more needs to be done)
    • Which needs are most critical
    • Objectives and content of a Training Program
  • Writing Training Schedules
  • Initiating the Training Program
  • Continuing the training as set by the Training Schedules
  • Managing exams
  • Evaluating the Training Program
  • Adjusting the Training Program
  • Designing and advising upon Training Records
  • Post-course and post-exam follow-up

Levels of Training

The Training Program can contain levels of training as found to be appropriate during the Training Needs Analysis. Example levels are

Format of Training

The format of the Training Program will be dependent upon the levels of training which have been deemed appropriate in the Training Needs Analysis. This can include
